How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order, so production time can vary:
- Smaller items (pens, garden markers generally in stock): usually ready for local pickup within 1-2 business days. Processing times for shipping 1-2 days however it will depend on where the item is headed, but usually it will arrive within 1–2 weeks
- Larger projects (welded kitchen carts, cutting boards generally made to order): processing time can vary from 2–4 weeks depending on the item. Items in stock are usually ready for local pickup within 1-2 business days, processing times for shipping 1-2 business days plus shipping time.
We’ll keep you updated on timelines, and if you need something by a specific date, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you sell locally or only online?
We offer both! You can purchase through our online store or via Etsy. At checkout via our online store, you’ll also have the option to choose local pickup. If you select pickup, we’ll contact you directly to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your item.
How do I care for and maintain your products?
Cutting boards & yarn bowls: Treat with food-safe mineral oil. Avoid soaking or dishwashers.
Hand-turned pens: Store in a dry place, away from extreme temperatures.
3D printed garden markers: Made with UV-resistant filament, designed to last outdoors. To prolong their life span, we recommend taking them out of the ground and storing them in a safe space over the winter to avoid them shattering when frozen.
Welded kitchen carts: Wipe with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemicals.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Many of our items—like cutting boards, yarn bowls, pens, and kitchen carts—can be customized to suit your needs. Whether it’s a special size, a unique finish, or personalized engraving, we’re happy to create something one-of-a-kind. Pricing will vary depending on the complexity of the request.
